On Thursday night, May 29th at the Exploratorium there was a showing of short films. Five to eight minute runs of art cinema that created psychedelic stroboscopic effects and optical illusions. Half of the audience walked out on the show, I loved every moment of it. I wish could watch this sort of stuff more often. The MC's of the night shared with us the fact that several of these filmmakers went to work for George Lucas on Star Wars. Very Cool. Below are some highlight - snippets - of the evening's show.
